This policy explains how Dice & Cards handles information when you use our free entertainment apps and games (together, the “Apps”), including Bubble Craps and any other Apps we publish under the Dice & Cards brand.
Our Apps are free entertainment products. Unless an App clearly states otherwise, they use fake money or fictional game currency only. They do not offer real-money gambling, cash-out, or prize redemption for cash.
We do not require an account for our current Apps. We do not run our own servers that store a personal profile or cloud game progress for you, unless a future App clearly says otherwise (and we would update this policy if that changes).
Our Apps may store settings and local progress on your device only (for example sound on/off, volume, preferences, and last session details).
This local information stays on your device. We do not upload it to our own backend for Apps that do not use a Dice & Cards account or cloud service.
Some Apps play on-device audio (sounds stored in the App or the device’s system text-to-speech). Our Apps are not designed to record your voice and send it to us.
To keep our Apps free, they may show ads using Google AdMob and related Google Play / Google advertising technologies.
When ads are enabled, Google may collect and process device and advertising information. This can include, for example:
Google may use this for showing ads, measuring ads, analytics, and fraud prevention, under Google’s own policies. We use ads to support free Apps. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your local game settings with third parties through our own servers for Apps that only store data on your device.
When ads are shown, the advertising-related information described above is processed by and shared with Google (AdMob and related services) so ads can be delivered and measured. We do not control Google’s full processing; that is governed by Google’s policies linked above.
We take reasonable steps appropriate for free Apps with local-only game data and third-party ads:
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Because we do not create user accounts or host your game profile on our servers for current Apps, there is no Dice & Cards account to delete. Clearing app data or uninstalling an App removes the local data that App stores.
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age is required). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you have concerns.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. The updated policy applies when it is posted at this public URL.
